You all know that I’m a big fan of the short and effective workouts — there’s just not enough time in the day, and I’d rather do something than nothing! I’ve managed to pull together some of my absolute favorite calorie-blasting exercises into one efficient but TOUGH routine, and you can do these anywhere! Don’t waste time shuffling back and forth to the gym — there’s no need! Trust me…this workout will have your heart pumping in no time with a great combination of strength and cardio exercises!

The entire routine (including the 5-minute warm-up and the 5-minute cool down) should take about 20 minutes. That’s it!!

Here’s how it works:

10-5-10-5 FAT-BURNING AT-HOME WORKOUT 

Warm-Up for 5 minutes by marching, jogging, or jumping rope in place.

Complete the following circuit TWICE: 

  • 10 Squats
  • 5 Push-Ups
  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Alternating Lunges
  • Rest, as necessary, and complete circuit once more for a total of 2 rounds!

Cool Down with 5 minutes of walking in place and stretching.

{Ahhhhh…the stretching is the best part…don’t skip it!}
