4-Ingredient Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 large very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tablespoons miniature chocolate chips
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended.
- Use a tablespoon to drop dough onto parchment-lined (or well-greased) baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, or until set and golden brown.
