For about 40 calories you can enjoy these cool and creamy Greek Yogurt Orange Pineapple Creamsicles that are bursting with tropical citrus flavor! And with no added sugar, the homemade popsicles are healthy enough to eat for breakfast, snack or dessert!
It’s no secret that my boys and I are LOVING frozen pops these days. Not surprisingly, the hot and humid Virginia summer weather that makes me crave COLD treats (even more than usual)!
The good news is that these homemade Creamsicles require only a handful of basic ingredients and a few minutes of your time. There’s no need to spend money on the store-bought versions that are loaded with artificial colors, flavors, and SUGAR!
I love the pops when they’re sweetened only with fruit. It’s basically like a frozen smoothie on a stick — fruit and yogurt! But if you have kiddos who are looking for more of a dessert, you might try adding a bit of natural sweetener like honey to the mix. You can control the amount of sugar and I guarantee that they’ll still be healthier than any other frozen desserts that you might pick up.
These are great mid-afternoon snacks when you want to cool off with something light but you don’t want to fill up before dinner…and they’re naturally a great ending to a summer meal. Creamy, dreamy, and oh-so-citrusy!

Creamsicles take me back to my childhood, specifically the orange flavored ones! I’ve been craving tons of frozen treats lately since it’s been so hot, so these look perfect. I can see why your boys love these so much! Yum!

I’ve just recently made friends with Greek yogurt (I know, what took me so long!) and these look like they need to go to the top of my things-to-make-with-Greek-yogurt list!
Better late than never, Kate! It’s definitely a staple in our kitchen, and something that I eat every single day. I hope you get to try these!
These creamsicles look SO good, Blair! My kids have been enjoying a popsicle many afternoons this summer, and I know they would love these! The orange pineapple flavor sounds so refreshing!

Wow! These look so perfect for hot summer days! I love the pineapple orange flavor combo 🙂
THanks, Megan! They are SO refreshing and just the right amount of subtle sweetness!
My first comment on your blog! I’m off to buy groceries and girls have been begging to make our own popsicles. So….remembering your awesome picture from instagram…here I am copying down this recipe. Thanks!
Hi, Grayson! That’s awesome — I hope that everyone loves them! They’re definitely not very sweet (which is how I like them), so if the girls prefer something that tastes more like dessert you should definitely add some honey! 🙂 Enjoy! It’s certainly popsicle weather right now!
