Feel organized, relaxed, and nourished! This simple meal plan and printable cookbook with 30 Days of Dump-and-Bake Dinners will make dinnertime stress-free again!
Hey, friends! It’s no secret that some of the most popular recipes on my blog are what I call the “dump-and-bake” meals! With busy schedules, a long list of responsibilities, and other interests to pursue, many of us just don’t have much time (or desire) to spend hours in the kitchen.
That’s why I’ve pulled together some of our very favorite dump-and-bake dinners from a variety of cuisines and ingredients. These easy recipes will get you in and out of the kitchen — with very little effort. Just stir everything together, put it in the oven, and dinner will be ready a short time later. Can’t beat that!
30 Days of Dinners with Dump-and-Bake Meals
Here’s a general overview of what you can expect for 30 Days of Dump-and-Bake Dinners. You’ll notice that I’ve included 3 homemade dinners per week…because let’s be real: anything more is just a bonus! On the other nights, you can serve some of your family’s favorite go-to options, order carry-out pizza, or treat yourself to a date night in a restaurant! The idea is to try a few new recipes each week but to give yourself flexibility to accommodate life’s other commitments.

These dump and bake dinners all look so good! I’ll definitely be needing easy dinners like this soon with back to school time coming and then a new baby. I love how you put them together in a meal plan, but left room for flexibility. Yum!
Thanks, Kristine!
They all look delicious! Thank you.
Thanks, Cindy! Enjoy!
Will I be able to mix everything beforehand and freeze it so that I can bake it whenever I want?
Hi Sorisha!
Are you referring to a specific recipe? The individual posts will have specific make ahead and storage constructions for each recipe. Hope that helps!
Hi Blair,
I LOVE your website! Your food always looks so amazing!! However, I was wondering how you deal with blood coagulation in your dump and bake meals? I always have to cook the meat first to avoid this. Thank you!!
Hi, Sarah! Thank you! I don’t really notice that issue. You’ll see that some of my dump and bake recipes start with cooked meat (such as shredded rotisserie chicken). In other cases, I use lean or extra lean meat (like boneless chicken breast) that doesn’t release a lot of fat or other undesirable grease that I would have to drain off. I hope that helps to answer your question!
Yes, that helps. Thank you very much for your time!
