Greek Yogurt Orange Pineapple Creamsicles

Ingredients
1 ½
cups
diced fresh or frozen pineapple
Zest from 1 orange
1
cup
freshly-squeezed orange juice
1
cup
plain Greek-style yogurt
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Optional: 2-4 tablespoons honey
for a sweeter pop
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
Divide mixture among 8-10 popsicle molds. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until frozen and ready to eat!
Notes
*To make the pops easy to slide out of the molds, just run the outside of the pop under warm water for about 30 seconds. It should slide right out!
