Place all marinade ingredients in a jar with a lid. Shake until completely combined.
Place shrimp in a large zip-top bag. Pour marinade in the bag and place in refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes (but not longer than 1 hour).
Thread the shrimp on skewers and discard remaining marinade in the bag.
Grill shrimp for about 5-6 minutes over high heat, or until opaque.
